Request a refund

To request a refund visit hoardboard.co.uk/orders?tab=purchased and choose to report an item, from there choose the reason for your refund. Refunds are often only available in the following circumstances:

  • The item recieved is different a different item than the original listing.
  • The item arrives heavily damaged
  • The item is not packaged securely, resulting in damage in transit

This is not however applicable to every situation. We resolve disputes on a case by case basis, working with both parties to find a suitable outcome.

Report a User

To report a user, go to the profile of the user, click the drop down menu in the top right corner of the screen and select report user. Enter the reason for reporting the user and any more information you have in relation to the report.

Report an item

To report an item, go to the item page, click the drop down menu in the top right corner of the screen and select ‘report item’. Enter the reason for reporting the user and any more information you have in relation to the report. You will receive a response within 7 days of your report.

Resolve a dispute

When an order is in dispute both parties will be contacted in turn to provide evidence. You will receive a response within 7 days from hoardboard on the outcome of the dispute with any action
